Ask away. Your question is not posted publicly unless I pick it to answer, and if I do, I edit it and strip out anything identifying first. Please help me out by leaving that stuff off to begin with. See how I handle questions in the privacy policy.
Answers live on Roy's Wisdom. When I get to a question, it becomes a lesson on Roy's Wisdom where it belongs with the rest of what I've learned. Check there for what others have asked.
What happens to your question. It is stored on my server and read by me. It is not published unless I choose to answer it, and then only after I edit and anonymize it. To write a draft answer, the text of your question is sent to an AI service (Anthropic) that I use as a tool. This is not a confidential medical, legal, or benefits service, so please do not send anything you would not want a stranger to read. The details are in the privacy policy and the terms of use.
